J-LIKES: Jurnal Lintas Ilmu Kesehatan applies a peer-review process to maintain the quality and integrity of published articles. Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following stages:

1. Initial Screening
   The editor checks the manuscript for relevance to the journal's focus and scope, completeness, and compliance with the author guidelines.
2. Plagiarism Screening
   Manuscripts are screened for similarity to prevent plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct.
3. Reviewer Evaluation
   Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript's substance, methodology, data quality, discussion, and scientific contribution.
4. Editorial Decision
   Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the editor may decide to accept, accept with revisions, request further revisions, or reject the manuscript.
5. Revision
   Authors are required to respond to reviewers' comments and revise their manuscripts accordingly. A revised manuscript may be returned to the reviewers when necessary.
6. Final Decision and Publication
   Manuscripts that meet the required scientific and editorial standards will receive a final decision and be published according to the J-LIKES publication schedule.

The entire review process is conducted objectively, confidentially, fairly, and free from conflicts of interest to maintain the quality and integrity of scholarly publications.
